This season of change opened an opportunity for the Bristol Jazz Festival to find a new and more relevant home for Bristol Jazz going forward, which was found in the partnership with the four-story Tobacco Factory. A renovated factory space and hub for theatre, arts and food & drink in Bristols Bedminster neighborhood. Over the course of five months, I led an effort to help organize, re-brand, market, and coordinate what ended up as a triumph year for the festival. Working directly with Festival Director Katya Gorrie, my services ranged from production to art direction, the creation of a new visual systems, digital marketing campaigns, and development of visual artist, sponsor, and brand partnerships for the 2024 year. All of which contributed to boosting attendance to over 5000 over the weekend, and a digital reach of over 120,000 followers, all with a highly limited ad spend and marketing budget.
